Training programs are planned, and instructors are scheduled based upon the number of participants registered for a class. If you must cancel, please notify ESI at least 3 business days prior to the class for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 3 business days notice, there will be no refunds.<\/p>\n

Please be considerate to both your instructor and other class participants by arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your training program. Instructors are permitted to refuse entry to individuals whose late arrival would disrupt the training program.<\/p>\n
